Standard is for small sites such as a one-page marketing website. Basic is for larger marketing sites, and Dedicated is for ecommerce sites of any size. We’ll look at your site and expected use with you before recommending a package.
Yes. Dedicated is our ecommerce package, including shops with a small product range. We’ll assess the capacity needed for your products, checkout and orders, rather than assume every store needs the same resources.
Storage is the space used by your website’s files and data, including images and product information. Bandwidth is the data transferred when people use the site. Our allowance is very generous, so we almost never have issues with clients
We can assess it and host it where the platform and transfer arrangements allow. We’ll check access and any restrictions from the current provider, then explain the transfer work and costs before you commit.
It can, where shared domain settings are involved. We’ll review your website, domain and email arrangements before planning the move, including settings that need to stay with your email provider.
Hosting doesn’t automatically include content edits or development. We’ll explain the maintenance and support covered by the package, then quote separately for changes that sit outside it.
