Chefs Complements is a well-established destination for people who love food and cooking, serving everyone from home cooks and food enthusiasts through to professional chefs and the wider hospitality trade. Alongside its physical Taupō store, the business operates a substantial eCommerce website with an extensive product range, as well as hosting cooking events and experiences throughout the year.
NinetyBlack originally designed and developed the Chefs Complements website and has continued to work closely with the business as its digital requirements have grown. What began as a website project has developed into an ongoing digital partnership supporting a large and constantly evolving retail operation.

A large-scale eCommerce platform
The Chefs Complements website has a significant eCommerce component, with an extensive range of products, categories and brands that need to be easy for customers to find, browse and purchase.
Our role extends well beyond maintaining the original website. We provide ongoing development, design and technical support to improve the customer experience, support the internal team and respond to the changing needs of the business.
