Digital marketing built around the customer you need to reach

A campaign can get clicks and still leave people unsure what to do next. We connect the audience, message, landing page and follow-up so every channel has a job. Based in Taupō, we support businesses and organisations across New Zealand.

A focused test can suit one clear offer and audience, provided there is enough budget and time to gather useful evidence. A very small test may produce too little response to judge. Share your available budget and the decision the test should answer so its limits are understood.

Confirm campaign management, creative, landing-page work, tracking and reporting individually. Media spend and third-party services may be separate. Ask for a breakdown before comparing proposals so a lower management fee is not mistaken for a lower total investment.

Running activity internally can work when someone has the time, skills and authority to manage the full journey. Outside help is more useful when the gap spans targeting, creative, pages and measurement, or your team cannot maintain the work. Tell us which parts you can already handle so the scope complements them.

Share why those leads are unsuitable, such as the wrong location, job size or service request. That feedback helps distinguish a targeting problem from an unclear offer or page. Agree how your team will report lead quality so changes respond to business evidence rather than click counts alone.

Account access, billing, asset ownership and handover arrangements need to be agreed before setup. Ask which accounts the business controls and what happens if the engagement ends. Do not assume every provider uses the same account structure or exit terms.

If people cannot understand the offer or complete the next step, extra visitors may magnify the problem. A focused page or tracking fix may be a better first investment. Bring the intended destination and explain what a useful customer should do there before committing media spend.
