WooCommerce runs on WordPress, the software used to build and manage the website. If you already have a WordPress site, we can review it to see what is needed to add a shop. If you are starting from scratch or use a different website system, we will explain the website work needed as part of the store plan.
We need to understand what you sell, your prices and how you want to deliver orders or offer collection. We will agree which product photos, descriptions and other details you need to supply, and talk you through choosing payment options. The store plan sets out who is responsible for each part.
We show you how to update products and prices, find orders and process them. We also agree who will handle technical upkeep and support, so you know which tasks belong to your team and who to contact for help.
